Light Runes

I consider the concept of Light Runes to be tales told in pictures.  The image is a tableau of a single moment, constrained by what the eye alone can detect.  Try to think of a palimpsest: stare at the image long enough and the story that's been written over begins to appear.  The right kind of eyes can see image and story singly, sequentially, or simultaneously.
